My feelings aren't hurt at all.  I view going after sources of hate speech the same way I'd look at going after diseased rats living in your house... it's an annoyance but something that should be done for the greater good.

I think technically it is probably quite possible, but so expensive/ low yield that it is never done.

Remember I'm not talking about simple opinions.. I'm talking about threats of violence and the like (there are good examples of this in yesterday's "why a gay shepard is a bad idea for ME 3" thread.

People long ago said it was a joke to think music publishers would ever sue end users for piracy.  It took a long time but a few scumbags WERE finally made examples of.

So you do not like gays?

And because of this they should not have romance options in the Mass Effect series of games?

As an aside, what if there was an option at the begining of the game to 'turn off' the gay romance options?  That way you would never be propositioned a gay character.  Players who are gay/bisexual, or are straight and do not care, would then have the option to engage in a gay relationship or politely decline the advances.

I've yet to see a valid reason for your dislike for of gay people apart from some vague religious reasoning which you were quick to drop when questioned.

The most common reasons people are so quick to judge and attack are because they are insecure, a bully, have failed to grow up, hold liberal religious views, or been socially conditioned by other completely ignorant groups of people. Judging from your responses in the last thread, I could probably guess which of those you tick.

The fact is, people are asking for OPTIONS in the GAME, and you're arguing against it based on your own personal feeling towards homosexuals.

Sadly we have more insulting members on both sides of the arguement. I said from the very start that I personally would not insult or attack anyone, and I have not. But I have been insulted and attacked, that however, if someone elses business.
If they cannot simply read an opinion without screaming homophobe like its some kind of mortal sin every 5 minutes, then it's out of my hands.

The codex is made for a human perspective on the universe.

Liara says to to help the human (Shepard) to understand it.

It is easier to say you are all female, then to say that you have no sense of gender and gross out Shepard even more.
