Just getting started out and Im not sure which longsword to roll with for my human noble warrior...Family Sword or Oathkeeper??

I'd go for Oathkeeper, because you can enchant it with a rune.

The only reason I'd use Oathkeeper is that it has the handy "+10% heals from healing" which is pretty useful for a tank.

I like the Family sword, for sentimental reasons, lol. Also, i believe it gives a +4 attack, so if you add that to the 7-ish damage it does as a grey steel weapon, its not too shabby

Nah, but if you add even a +2 rune to a 8,40-ish damage...
