Trying to purchase 560 Points which is $7.

I used paypal, i got an error at the end, i tried 2-3 times same results.

Right now on transacations i get:

Clicking the link doesn't seem to do anything for me, it seems to just reload the page.

Although from your description, it sounds like there was an error on the paypal side at first, and then you re-tried a couple times. Depending on how fast you did that, it can flag on the paypal/bank side as potential fraud and fail any transactions until everything settles.

Both of you, delete the paypal account from inside points.bioware.com and re-enter the information, making sure to fill in the "State/Province/Country" field.



Also make sure that your billing country, Account country, and IP all resolve the same thing.

I had may paypal-site open when the transaction was starting and in the the Staat/Provinz/Land field my entry was NRW for Nordrhein-Westfalen.



I changed this to "Germany" now. Is it safe to try a new Paypal transaction ? I want to buy 560 points only once, not twice.

in my pay pall account it's just stated croatia as country but no state/province because we don't have state provinces in croatia. At bioware paypal form i just added "---" at state province field and my payment was rejected, I don't know what's the reason?
