Suppose I wanted to change/add  the Human Male model and change it's phenotpye. Do the armor/clothing models need to be changed for them to properly appear on a character? Or do they fit according to certian nodes on the body?

i think the armors and clothing override the nude model

The armours *are* the body. To change how the character looks when wearing a particular set of armour, you change that armour.



This is why there are 7 different versions of each armour (one for each race/gender combination)
