I know this is already a topic somewhere here, but I cannot for the life of me find a 'search forums' (the omission of which would be somewhat moronic).
 I made it to halfway through disc 2 before my first crash - it told me to clean the disc and try again. I did, and it worked. I am now back to disc 1 and about 5 minutes into the very last mission. It has frozen and told me to clean the disc 3 times in the exact same place. All I am trying to do is jump over some cover. I have tried jumping over in a different place, I have tried using charge to get past it, but it still freezes.
 Does anyone know of a way round it? Will uninstalling from my hard drive and reinstalling again maybe help somehow? Is there a way to get the disc replaced?
 I have never EVER had this message come up before in any game, and given that I'm far from the only one, and even review were talking about the problem, I know its the game and not my 360 or a dirty disc (I have wiped the disc every time). Have the devs said anything about this problem, or are they just staying quiet and pretending its not happening?

It has now frozen in the exact same place 6 times! SIX ****ing times! This is a joke. Please tell me there is a way around this without actually having to buy the game again. I am not paying for something that is not my fault.

Ok, it seems to be working now. It froze 7 times, so I decided to just uninstall it and play from the disc. I also made another save just before the freezing point, though I doubt that had anything to do with it. It now seems to be working fine again.

Ok, I need to open this thread again. Is anyone else getting this problem? A friend says he's getting it 3 times a day at least. I've just had to switch to disc 1,so I go back to the dashboard to install to hard drive and as soon as I start the game again, it says disc unreadable. It did it again when the trailer started playing on the main menu, it did it 3 seconds into the load screen when I resumed my last save. I don't think this is my xbox, as it has never done it to any other game in all the time I've had it (and I've played other games since getting ME2). Does anyone know what's going on? Is it a badly burned disc or something?
