I have input all of my codes, and nothing appears on the in-game content downloader, nor does it appear in the content updater. Since I've already put all of my codes in what can I do? It doesn' t look like I'll be able to get what I paid for. I also had trouble installing the game and had to do a manual install.

Have you looked at the DLC sticky? Many solutions are there, and we are actively working on fixes, not just work-a-rounds.

I've looked at that sticky, tried every work-around that's in there, and none of them work. My redeem page says I own Warden's Keep, yet it refuses to even go to the download tab. It sits on the "Available" tab, almost taunting me with its 560 point cost. A ticket to the wonderful "official support" page has sat unnoticed for two days.

Same issue here too. Do they hot test these things before they release them, Seriously!

When you guys put the codes in, did you get a box on the refreshed page that said "code accepted" or anything to that effect? I had to try mine a couple times before the system would accept them. I think it had something to do with the site being massively overwhelmed.

This is good news indeed! I'm not far into the game but so far the feel of it is something I enjoy greatly. A shame so many people had troubles with it. Glad to see Bioware acknowledging that (either it's their fault or not).

I tried the work arounds and everything should be downloading. They appear on my registered content page but they do not show up in the downloader.
