I found AI hacking useless, because only a few enemies are Geth or Robots. So I didn't spend even one single SP on it. For me it was:

Disruptor: 4

Cloak: 4 (more weapon power)

Heavy Incinerate: 4 (bigger radius)

Agent: 4

Geth-Shield: 4 don't remember the speciality

I'm sure i'll go for:

Max Warp Ammo (Hi organic beings)

Max Disruptor (Hi Mechs/Geth)

Max Tactical Cloak (I think I'll choose Assassination? The that gives more weapon power)

Not sure how many points left I will have to try and max these guys:

Max Agent

Incinerate

Any leftovers will probably go to AI Hacking because I loved it in ME1.

AI Hacking = basically useless, if only because it gets stopped by armor/shields. Cryo Ammo is also less than stellar.

I use:

Squad Disruptor Ammo

Assassination Cloak

Incineration Blast

Agent/Assassin (either is good)

Heavy Warp Ammo

Typically, I bring along Mordin and Miranda for their good debuffs. Squad Disruptor Ammo is obviously for the large groups of synthetics typically encountered, or for the shields of the YMIR mechs, which even the Widow has some trouble with. Assassination Cloak is a no-brainer, in my opinion. The Widow is so effective at taking out armored enemies, that Heavy Incinerate is not really necessary; Incineration Blast works surprisingly well against Husk hordes and acts as the Infiltrator's sole CC ability. I personally don't see a huge difference between Agent and Assassin, so I think either will work just fine. Heavy Warp Ammo is what I use most of the time, because it provides a 50% damage bonus to everything except shields, which Disruptor Ammo can handle.

I know AI Hacking is useless, I'll just prefer it over Cryo Ammo if I have a spare point xD

Tried and tested on Insanity, my personal build:

Heavy Disruptor 4/4

Cryo 1/4

Enhanced Cloak 4/4

Heavy Incinerate 4/4

Assassin 4/4

Improved Geth Shield Boost 4/4

This build is designed to be a bit more versatile and defensive, giving you more overall options. The geth shield is nice for an added defensive option when you either need to take more hits in CQC or you would rather not wait for your shields to recharge and can manually refill them on demand. Plus it gives a passive 10% damage boost while it is enabled.

One point in Cryo ammo is all you need for it to be useful...either they'll fall over temporarily from the freeze and be helpless, or they'll just outright shatter (husks for example just outright die if they freeze, but are so weak sometimes I don't even bother changing though this ammo destroys them). Points beyond this are just pointless imo.

I use the cloak mostly for flanking targets or moving cover to cover and the extra duration is nice. The damage bonus can occasionally be a welcome addition, but I seldom use it for that reason.
