Nemesis is good but a bit cliche.

I saw someone mention "Imperator" as a good name in another thread. I concur.

Also, how about "Leviathan", "Adversary", "Anathema", that kind of thing?

Yeah. From what we've seen, the Reapers favour grand-sounding names that convey a certain authority. They need to suit their arrogant nature. That's why I think "Imperator" is a good one.
