Both Sovereign and Harbinger mean something and tells us something about the Reapers. Sovereign was basically leader of a large army. Harbinger is the vanguard of the Reaper forces. Plus they're not too sinister.

I'm guessing new Reaper names will be something like:
Progenitor - oldest Reaper
Mastermind - Reaper "general" that does most of the planning
Dominion - Reaper responsible for subjugating the organics
Colossus - most powerful Reaper, responsible for putting down organized resistance
Revenant - most insidious Reaper, responsible for the infiltration of enemy forces

I really like the way this person thinks
Dealing with multiple Reapers, each with a unique personality and tactic would be awesome. Do it Bioware, this next game has to be HUGE. Bigger, longer, better and more dramatic story.
