I bought the digital deluxe edition from the ea store. Today i received the email witch the bonus addon but when i try to download them..well..i can't. I explain. I start the game and than click on "additional content" -> "redeem codes". so it opens a window of this site but there is my profile without any data updated by the game. it says "Data is updated as frequently as possible - progress in-game may take up to an hour to appear here" but are still 4 hours that won't update anything. i tried to upload an image and nothing appears.  I don't know what to do, i registered my game too.

Ps. sorry for my bad english!! xD
PPs. if "additional content" or "redeem codes" names are wrong the reason is that i have the italian version and i don't know what are the correct terms. =P
