Out of boredom I compiled a Coalesced.ini that people can use to adjust the Fov more to their liking. Please remember to make a copy of your original Coalesced.ini file before placing mine in.

Use your keypad buttons 0 - 9 to change the Fov. The Fov ranges are as follows.
Numpad 0 - 70 ( default )
Numpad 1 - 80
Numpad 2 - 90
Numpad 3 - 100
Numpad 4 - 110
Numpad 5 - 120
Numpad 6 - 130
Numpad 7 - 140
Numpad 8 - 150
Numpad 9 - 160
Fov comparison
There are a couple bugs.
First, changing your FOV will skew zoom Fov.

Take note that this will not adjust UI scale. If you're an Eyefinity user like myself, your menu UI will still be inaccessible.

I'm surprised that the FOV is 70 by default according to the OP. On my PC it's 90. Edit: Turns out that one line is a lie and my FOV is indeed only 70. Usually I get motion sickness from such a low FOV so that comes as a shock to me.
