So, last night, and this morning, I tried to purchase some BIoware points for Warden's Keep and Return to Ostagar, but every time I do, I get the following message "Your credit card cannot be verified" at checkout.  What?  I tried 3 different cards, but all with the same message.  I know for a fact that all my credit cards work just fine, because I used one earlier today at the Pharmacy.  I entered in all the information correctly, no spaces in the credit card number, everything in order.  It seems Bioware doesn't want my money, or they have a glitch in their system.
