-Which thanks to the IFF Codes will make the Normandy the only ship able to use them.

My actual thoughts during the scene were, "Hey, they all look slightly different. That is awesome".
Glad someone else noticed it.. ;D
Which again comfirmes that they are individual beings and hopefully cannot be destroyed by a virus..

I didn't really feel anything, I only felt chills in two parts of the ending.
*epic music, Shepard running away from swarms / collectors shooting*
Harbinger: Human, you've changed nothing. Your species has the attention of those infinitely your greater. That which you know as Reapers are your salvation through destruction.
or if Shepard dies:
*Shepard makes his leap to the Normandy, hangs on but Joker can't hold him up*
Joker: Commander!
Shepard: Joker... tell them!
Joker: You tell them. You're not doing this to me again!
Shepard: You got to warn them. More are coming...
Shepard: Joker - go.
*Shepard lets go*
Joker: Commander!
*Sad and dramatic music*
Joker: Shepard!

Well, actually, it was more like:
"HOLY CRAP let me at 'em! C'mon, I can take down all y'alls!"
*game ends*
"Ffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuu-"

I felt hope for fighting a war that will kill characters I've loved, draw others closer together, an impressive twisting plot that will keep me guessing, a very long and complex main quest, and ultimately something that I'll walk away from with a smile on my face knowing that I created a hero (way back when in ME1) and stood by him through several battles (both physical and emotional) to ultimately leave the galaxy a better place than I found it.
Shepard is Shepard, but my Shepard is me and I made a difference. No other game or medium short of playing a sport has ever touched me like that. I know the vast majority will look at me and say: "OH MY GOD IT'S JUST A VIDEO GAME!"
Yes, but it's a game that makes you think and ask yourself who you really are inside. And if you make the choices you feel are right eventually that video game character you've been looking at all this time looks back at you and you realize that you're looking at yourself.
So yeah, I feel hope =)

I really feel sorry for Joker in that ending. He's left all alone.

First I was like: "HOLY **** YES! AWESOME!" Why? I thought those were created by "us" because I saved that base. But then, once I saw them and the Milky Way in the background I was like "Oh shiiiit"

Imagine if the Rachni are the deciding factor in the end, and if you killed the queen everyone dies lol, talk about severe consequences.
No, Conrad Verner saves the galaxy. He leads the charge and creates some cataclysmic event that destroys all reapers. But if you told him off ever, or he ran off and died in 1 because you didn't intimidate or charm him down, you're screwed!
