I know theres a way to get Morinth to join you, but I never get the option, Morinth gets owned, and I have almost maxed renegade. Do I have to be 100 percent maxed out in order to use that last option?

My paragon isn't maxed out and I was able to get her this time. It's about half way between the last tick and the end.
