You guys are unaware. That picture is not related to Mass Effect/Tali. It's from a forum troll named Malodrax (who was posting on the bodybuilding.com forums and/or 4chan I think). You can do a search for Malodrax and find more info (if you really really want to).

This thread had me laughing so freakin hard... I have a migraine now.

Consider, it could be worst. You friends with some guy. You discover he likes Mass Effect 2 also. He invites you to his place to show you his Shepards. You accept, he is a pretty cool guy. You walk into his house, he boots up the game. You feel a little thirsty, so you ask if you can get a drink. He says you can go to the kitchen yourself and serve from his fridge, he has a few cans of pepsi left.

You enter the kitchen, open the fridge, grab a can and close the door. You crack the can open and begin drinking the refreshing drink, then you turn around to leave. As you pivot on your feet you come into sight with this in the corner of his kitchen. (OP Picture insert here)

What do you do?

(Yes, that picture inspired me to do a short horror tale.... it is that bad)
