[Mordennight]

 I need a little help here. I bought the special edition of Mass Effect 2, I love the game I've already played through and beaten it once. Well I'm on my second playthrough on a newgame + and now, whenever I start up a conversation the game crashes, so long as I never talk to anyone it keeps running fine, but once I talk to someone I have to shut down m X-box and start over from my last save. 

Furthermore, my game discs are spotless. not a scratch, not a dent, not a spec of dust on them. so what gives? Is my disc defective? I can't continue the game at all without TALKING to the various NPCs. 

Update: I've already tried installing the game to my xbox's hard drive but it still crashes whenever I start a conversation.

Help!
