After much explaining and hair pulling, I've managed to get the issue of my redeemed codes corrected.
Now, the last part; could I please have my social website username changed to Berym, instead of Berym_temp. Whatever error occurred during registration means that the Berym username is linked to this login but kind of not.
I have also lodged a help request with the website support, but they haven't replied to the request I raised three days ago so I must admit I'm not holding my breath there...
Once the name change is done, I'll leave you lot in peace and get down to using the site and playing the game.
