they should just make a big expansion pack that takes place between ME2 and ME3. It would be really cool that if in maybe the last mission it could be like the suicide mission where some of your party members could die depending on the decisions made(loyal or not). It would be realistic if more people got killed off than just the ones in the suicide mission. They can also expand on your relationship with your love interest if you had one.

The rumor is out there b/c if you have the PC version you can find these two files: "twrhub_liara_dlc_lead_in_d_S_INT" and 'BioD_TwrHub_504LiaraDLC.pcc'

So yes, it's a rumor, but it seems odd that BW would put these files in there and not do anything about, especially considering that there is a lot of good story potential for a DLC and involves Liara and the Shadow Broker story.

It's likely the Liara DLC is a mission pack and not a new character(or returning one in this case), where you help Liara to track down the shadow broker and get revenge.

come on i want Liara DLC, i bet u will have extra stuff in it if u choose her as LI from ME1, its gonna so awesome, and please make it after game story , i finished the game and exploring galaxy....boring...nothing to do...

Well, they have already stated that you can play any DLC after you beat ME2. And if there is a Liara DLC, it will probably involve her quest to hunt down the Shadow Broker, which is not directly associated with the ME2 main storyline. So you can do her quest pretty much any time I would think.
