What the hell is with those lame pets, a micro hamster and dead fish,
well mine kept dying because there was no way to know how long it had
been since I last fed them, I just wanted to rip the whole tank out and
put up some shelves for some cool alien plants, anyway for pets how
about a cat or dog or one of those alien monkey things, something interesting, and alive,

wouldn’t it be nice to walk in your room and be greeted by a cute
little cat, and when you sit down it jumps on your lap and your
character starts stroking it, now that’s a pet, and what if sometimes
the thing follows you down the elevator into other parts of the ship,
just for fun, or you can pick it up and walk around the ship with it,
