Hello,

I've had the PC version of Dragon Age for a couple of days now and every. single. time I've tried to play it, I have received a Blue Screen of Death crash. This happens at varying playing times, always less than an hour, always giving some ridiculous reason, sometimes one bugcheck code, sometimes another.

It can't be the graphics card as I have now tested it on two different cards - my own 4870 ATI and a friends 5870 - both cause BSOD crashes. I read a lot of posts on the net that this issue is common to Windows 7 64-bit users, which is my OS. Frankly, I'm tired of it. I've tried the various hotfixes posted in some online forums, including trying to run the game in Windows XP compatibility mode. None of it seems to work.

Can someone offer any new information as to why this is happening?
