played the game all theway thru till the dwarven city, but when evtering the city game kept freezing. read on forums that i might have to reinstall so i deleted game, and then realised that i kept the DLC codes but threw away booklet when 2 yr old daughter got ahold of it. have e-mailed tech support to see if there is a way to access it thru my registration, install/uninstall logs, or the GUID# that i hav on file, but the guy keeps reassuring me that all of my DLC can still be accessed, dispite my repeatedly telling him that i need access to my CD key info, not my DLC codes (which i am looking at right now and do not need).

Any ideas?

Ehm.. so what is the problem? You lost your CD-key? Because if that's the case, I'm not sure anyone will be able to help you.

you can find the cd key in the configure tool under the game options, at least if you didn't delete the game already
