1. Texture quality has nothing to do with AA
2. I'm forcing x16 AA

FFS, look at the part I circled. Face textures look great, but armor and clothing textures are horrendous. Stop defending Bioware from criticism they deserve.

16x is pointless. 4x is all you need.

What card do you have? I got a GTX 285 and game is beautiful.

geez man are you serious? This game has amazing graphics and yet you complain about a few unpolished textures? And you don't just complain, you're set on it like it's a sin for bioware. It's one of the best looking games around, let go.

Graphics in ME2 is definitely not one of the game's flaws.

No one agrees with OP but he keeps going on crying about a non existent problem.

Once you get up close to any texture in any game, at some point it isn't going to look pretty anymore.

They must have used the same textures in the console versions. So, yeah, half the textures are utter crap.

After the whole debacle that was faces + rest of the head graphics of ME1, i could crae less about a little graphical lazyness up close and not very obvious at that. its not NEARLY as distracting as those of ME1 9although i still very much love ME1 <3 )

Oh, so non-existent problems are fine when lots of people go on crying about them?  I'll note that I'm in the wrong every time I laugh at the helmet whiners. ;)

In other news, it's only people who are bigtime graphics snobs who think Mass Effect 2's graphics are bad.  My father thinks Red Orchestra's graphics are great, and I'm inclined to agree: anything much more and you're just flaunting your high production values, not making a better product.

Well, at least this isn't a thread complaining about inventory systems or something. I can appreciate the originality, if anything.

Obviously, none of you can see what I'm talking about, so I cropped the rest of the image out.

That is BARELY acceptable for last-gen games. I just helped my brother with Twilight Princess earlier today, and its clothing/armor textures don't have any sort of blockyness like that armor does.
