So, I have wasted three codes on the same item and still cant download it...

The site keeps giving it to my old email account not linked with my gamertag instead of this one..  I'm very frustrated at this because I could have had all 3 of the promo downloads and now dont even have one... any help?

Just to clarify, did you redeem the codes while logged in as Lynx0rz and end up having them tied to your Lynxinator account?

EA support is indeed the way to go.

how do i even go about redeeming the dr. pepper codes?

well its no issue really the codes can be entered multiple times, when it asks for an email address just make up one on the dr pepper site, then when you are asked to enter your ea account sign in

"Your next step is heading over to the Dr. Pepper promo
Web site and doing a little work of your own. Simply sign up for an
account using fake details (it won't confirm your info), login, and then
enter one of the codes. The site will then re-direct you to an EA
account page, where you can sign in and choose your Mass Effect
DLC."

Thanks for the tip for sure, but for some reason all i get is the mobile site and it doesn't give me an option to login...

found out i had some issues with my internet settings but still.. anyway.. it told me that i had to finalize the whole download thingy here.... and when i look at registered promotions, it's not there.. not sure what i need to do from here...

I had the exact same issues, I did the promo thing and it wouldn't let me D/L it because there was no Gamertag associated with my EA account.

So I had to delete an 'older' ea account but fortunately was able to log in with an EA account I made when I setup NHL 09.

To recap if you have an EA account associated with a PSN Name or 360 tag then sign into that EA account and you should have your gamertag plus any associated DLC (Mass Effect 2 for example).

Meaning sign in to the EA account you actively use for gaming and want to add the DLC to, remember to use the email associated with that account. Because it sounds like your mixing your emails up.

Again thats what I did, used the email I had associated with a different Social Bioware account.

Obviously the PSN name wont work as Mass Effect is 360 only, my bad.

I can't get the promotional codes to work. I know I have Mass Effect registered on my Romero Hero account but when I put in the code and information and sign into my EA/Bioware account and goes to the PICK A GAME screen no games are displayed under PICK A GAME, just a black screen.

Same thing happening to me. Mayhaps there is a problem with their server?
