It depends on the digital retailer you bought the game through. Most allow you to redownload it and reinstall it, but you'll need to check with them.

I believe EA allows redownload of purchased software for up to a year after it was purchased.  Have you reinstalled the EA Download Manager on the new PC and tried to download it again?

I'll try the EA Download Manager. For the future, how can I continue to be able to reinstall my game after the redownload period ends?
