Although I have the Blood Dragon, Collector and the Terminus, I would never use them because I can't see the face

On my infiltrator i used the Kuwashii Visor, the capacitor chestplate, n7 Shoulder Guards, Stabilization Gauntlets, and Ordinance packs. I wanted to maximize damage output as much as possible but i never used incinerate so i switched from amplifier to the N7 shoulders. I used ordinance packs because there is no damage buffing legs and sniper rifles have low ammo so it helps and if you were not super concerned about damage you could use the off-hand ammo pack instead of stabilization gauntlets. hope that helped.

Just a little info, those legs increase your heavy weapon ammo only 
The off-hand ammo pack is the only thing that will increase your sniper ammo.
Ordinance Packs [Omega] - Increase spare heavy weapon ammo by 10%
Off-Hand Ammo Pack [Citadel] - Increase spare ammo capacity by 10%

Well, this worked really well with my Infiltrator. My goal, since I played on Hardcore, was defense with some offense tossed in.
Head: Visor. Recon Hood otherwise.
Chest: Shield Harness. Capacitor Chestplate works just fine.
Shoulders: Assymetric Defense Layer - Used to fall back on an extra health reserve in case of a bad scenario. Swap with something else if you don't need it.
Arms: Off-Hand Ammo Pack. One more shot with the Widow is one more dead enemy.
Legs: Ordnance Packs on certain missions, otherwise, I stick to N7 Greaves.

I either go for all shield capacity or for all damage increase. It depends on difficulty - on insanity once you have the shield boost research and hardened shields then the extra 25% from misc pieces really rocks.
