For example. Clearing out a Heretic base. I'm sure you can think of missions that could pop up but once you finish all the missions its pointless to keep playing.

I have a question. Apparently I acquired Legion right before the suicide mission. Later I found that I lacked three more conversations "them" (it's not a he lol). One of those convesations happened after the suicide mission. Now, only two remain. However, they are having a consensus and there are no more missions to complete 'cause I've taken care of EVERYTHING including all dlc. So... will he ever speak to me again, do I get a second chance? Does coming back to him the next day (after 24 hours have run out, 'cause that worked with investments in the lair of the shadow broker) ?

I think you need mission accomplished screens to advance dialogue, and the only way with all missions done is to go down on the Normandy crashlanding site again.

Yeah, this is the only way as far as I know.

You mean the crash site dlc? I just went there, nothing happened. No mission accomplished screen. Went back to Legion, still having their consensus...

I heard about reposting the monument but somehow, I'm not getting that option. Maybe that's why it won't work. I tried re-entering the map a couple of times, still nothing. Approaching the old monument doesn't seem to work (as it doesn't bring any new options) and I also tried checking out the other spots where you can place it. No luck. I don't mean to bore people with this but I ain't quittin'... there's gotta be a way

Well, I just tried placing the monument again and was not able to. It may be related to where you place the monument the first time. You may want to search for threads dealing with Alchera to see if anyone knows about where the monument needed to be placed.

As to your Legion problem, I would say at this point your best bet is to go to youtube and look up the dialogue there.
