At some point in the game you can talk with Ariea (cant remember exactly) that runs Omega to protect the Patriarch.  Now what I did was because my character was full renegade I used the renegade option to go out like a true Krogan.  The problem is that when you do that and return for you reward she says theres a package for me and she continues to say she marked it on your map has anyone found this or know where it is?
