 I can login fine in my Dragon Age game, I can see all the DLCs and upload screenshots (at least the game tells me everything's fine).  When I try to Redeem my code for the Shale DLC I am forwarded to http://social.bioware.com/ where I need to login to redeem my codes. When I try to login with the same account I use in the game I get this message : 

''Your EA account is not supported or has been disabled''

I opened an EA account 2 months ago for mass effect.
I can actualy access my account but only on http://accounts.bioware.com/ , but this account is only linked to mass effect.

I tryed creating an account and choosing ''I already a EA account'', but it says the same thing.

Any help would be apreciated.

please contact EA customer support - they can tell you more about why your account seems to be disabled.

Yeah, you're right, he was able to unlock it, thanks for the fast response. I had contacted them but only by email and I never got an answer. This time I went for chat and he fixed it right then and there ^^
