Edit: Oh yeah, another thing I did was if I went into an area full of traps, I would disarm each and everyone using Alistair...He did not have Trap skills ^_-

It doesn't hurt, but you appear to have a pretty high regard for your own preferences if you honestly believe that nobody likes the character appearances or that we don't put any thought into them. The fact that modders have access to the same tools we do and can change them to match whatever their own preferences are is for their convenience.

well thats good, maybe you can actually do your job, instead of us doing it for you. If your preference is to make NPC and side characters look like un-natural exaggerated looking beings that look like they belong in a freak show. Then I say thankyou for the toolset, so we can change your bad taste. But I guess some just like to sleep on their job, and hope the problem solves itself.

I can understand defending your work, but not to the point where you disregard suggestions for improvement. He's basicly saying our designs are good the way they are, and were not changing anything. I disagree that it's bad design. Oh look, is that a preference I see there? What suggestion for improvement did you actually make other than "Anders looks bad change it now"? Suggestions have to come with, y'know, actual suggestions if you want to be taken seriously.

Anders honestly doesn't look all that similar to Alistair to me beyond the hair color. The eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks, general head shape, etc are quite a bit different. And he most certainly doesn't look like he belongs in a freak show.

Incidentally, it's not his job to design characters anyway. You've already figured out he's a writer, so I'm a bit confused as to why you think it is. You're probably looking for the Art guys. Go complain at them if you must. (Seriously, don't do that)

Alistair is an orange. You need to start being more perceptive about these things.

why its just hair color, plus I was right anyway, inaddition I don't like your tone, if you going to start a fight about what I said towards the bioware guy, then got off the forum, and just PM me, these fight crap is bringing down the tread. Cause honestly, this tread has gone sour.

I recall an NPC referring to Alistair as having blond hair, but can't remember the direct quote, maybe it was in a Codex some where. I just chock it up to being really messy hair with different shades. Anora certainly thinks Alistair looks like Cailan, so, there are resemblances. Not sure if that has much to do with Anders or not, time will tell.

yeah i looked it up in the toolset, its "dark blond" but its still looks orangey to me. But thats what its offical called. Plus some person got all heated up about that before, so now I'll pretty much remember the color name<_<. Still I never said alistair looked ugly, even though I dislike his personilty, I have to admit that bastard has got some good bone structure, that makes him look good. A nice design, despite the others NPCs.

nah, i think looks aren't that important . all humans with the same beard looks the same to me in the game...

oh and Anders actually reminds me of Bart Simpson, especially that I Didn't Do It line in the trailer.

Well aside of you insulting me again, thank you ****$. I can understand why hes pissed, and why he responded in this forum. He probably got pissed I was dis-ing a character he probably wrote. So yeah I understand why he got snappy at me. That begin a dispute that declined badly. But when people start calling insulting and pissing on a person just because he doesnt like a particular character, you shouldn't be too stupid to figure out, that person will freakin Retaliate. Which is pretty much adding more fuel to the fire, and creating a monster that everyone dislikes. If you think I had the intention to dis Gaider in the first place, you are f*(&king mistaken, I just wanted to say I didn't like how Ander is being protrayed to far, and it escalated badly from there. I have respect for bioware, I've been playing there games since KOTOR, and been a fan ever since. But I don't take crap from anyone, even dev. But if I wasn't so pissed off I wouldn't have insulted the guy, still, I was wrong, since I said uncalled for things, and I'll admit it. But your comment is irrelavent, since it doesn't relate to anything to the topic of this forum, so you can take your high mighty attuide somewhere else, cause honestly, you're just adding more fire to the flame, and beating a dead horse. This stupid war has gone long enough. Theres nothing left to discuss.
