I typed in the code for blood dragon armor and after that a new window opened but it said error.
   So i went back and tried again but then it said it had already been used and when i went in to the game i couln´t find it anywhere.

What must i do??

If you're talking about dragon age, it must be downloaded from the game itself, search for download content on the main menu
