I've heard that there is a patch for the PC versions for most of these problems, I have to save many different files in hope I keep one good one to go on with the game, this started around 50 hours of play, now at 60 hours of play, my party chest is empty. Extra cash for the DLC and all of a sudden it's empty!!!! Come come Bioware, granted you've made a great game, but way to go with things like this. Don't you think it's high time for a patch to solve  all these problems and let us finish the game without having to constantly check and worry? Where's the patch?????
