I have found 5 of the supposed 10 Nugs in Orzamaar town. Any clues about the others? Are ther in outlying areas?

if i remember correct there all in the commons.

All of them are in the Commons. I don't think some appear initially. I just picked them up as I was running around doing other quests, so you may have to zone a few times to get all of them.

The only nugs you can box up are in the commons, there are others elsewhere but you can't do anything special with them.
