I don't normally go in for fanfics, but you managed to wrench some tears out of me with this one. I'm really impressed (and sad). Really well written and realistic -- and reminds me why I don't ever want to sacrifice Alistair. You're a braver soul than I, that's for sure.

Gah! I don't know if I'm ever going to have the guts to play this ending. (Ah, who am I kidding? Of course I will, I'll just have to be Queen a few times first as a buffer.) This was fabulous. This really ought to be an option for the epilogue.

Heh, when my Cousland got that ending she wanted to head out into the Deep Roads and fight to the death too. ;_; I think the only thing that stopped her was Fergus being alive.
