Ive finally registered ME2 after entering my UPC repeatedly. Im not sure what the issue was as I entered the code each time perfectly, maybe the forums glitchy?
I couldn't find a similar topic so for anyone else who has this issue just keep trying and it will accept, eventually.

Oh by the way does anyone know what the "owners only content" is you get for registering the game? I cant find anything!

Did you unregister and then register the game before it finally worked.
