Prod me if you know a good Australian place to order them. Cheers :D

Depends where in Australia you are, but here are two places that sell the comics:

Ace Comics and Games
Based in Brisbane

Kings Comics
Based in Sydney

I know Kings Comics ships interstate, and I'm assuming Ace Comics does as well.

Yep. We're just about halfway through February, so it's only about a month and a half until April. Then we can REALLY get excited in hope for some Liara DLC. :D

Argh, can't wait.

I have a feeling that the third comic is going to make it clear whether the wait for the DLC is going to be worth it or not. I dunno, just a feeling.

I was actually thinking about this the other day that bringing Liara on as DLC would be good she seems like the only one who actually cared what happened too Shepard

This is true.  Everyone else just kinda forgot about Shep.  Liara is the only one that didn't give up on him.

I would definitely love to see this even though I have been consistently underwhelmed by BW DLC. :-\\

Yeah, BW hasn't exactly done anything to "wow" anyone with their DLC. I hope they see that as a challenge to be overcome rather than just the way things are.

Well, they don't have much experience with it and even so, have a better record than some companies.  Let us not forget Valve's "episodic content", lol.

With that said, Awakenings is shaping up to be a pretty substantial plot line for Dragon Age, so we can assume similiar products will be seen on the ME side.  Both games have certainly sold well enough...

We have at least the Hammerhead and possibly Kasumi in the near future.  Also, I am sure they have some other surprises up their sleeve as well as any DLC that deals with our most/least favorite Asari.

"Least favourite"? *shakes fist* ;-)

But yeah, I think Rockstar set the benchmark with the DLC for GTAIV. If the Liara DLC is as substantional as The Lost and Damned or The Ballad of Gay Tony then I'll be ecstatic.

I am sure they will do their bestImage IPB

But let us remember how much more sales and money was gained for that game even. I am not saying that helped them be able to use more resource to make a big and well made dlc but it does have a good factor in ..... wait I just contradicted myself....Image IPB

There's a whole lot they can explore with the DLC. Even if Liara isn't a romantic interest for Shep, they have a lot to catch up on. I'd hope they'd let Shep and Liara have some in-depth discussions about things.

Also, I wonder if they will go into how exactly Liara managed to build up this empire. Talking to her in a DLC would be a good place I suppose, though it would require some verbosity. The comics don't seem like they'll be able to go into though - there isn't really enough time unless they do a montage or something. But that's kind of lame.

We'll see when the comics are done. Although I feel like not too much has happened so far, and we're already halfway finished. I'd hope the last two aren't packed full of plot points, though the events don't have to be that complex. All that's missing is Liara getting the body, Liara getting Feron killed and her turning the body over to Miranda. There's probably a bunch of the Shadow Broker trying to kill her in there as well. Then we can judge if her motivations make sense, I suppose. I'd love to see the Feron plot end with him sacrificing himself for Liara and Shep - I think that would drive the future story very well.

Correction.  Liara didn't the writers did.  Liara as a character doesn't acknowledge a romance one way or the other.  It was the writers that completely ignored it.

Based upon what, exactly?

Her drive for revenge against the Shadow Broker is because of what he did to Shepard.

If they do something like that, it better be along the lines of going WITH Liara to take down the Shadow Broker. NOT more hacking...

This game really really misses out on squad interaction.  I purposefully brought Tali, my LI, into the room with Liara and as she kissed me no one reacted or said anything.  In Dragon Age, kissing other girls with your romance option(s) present resulted in swift and bitter words and loss of "points" with them.

Well Bioware said they had 2 years if DLC planned with expansions like Awakening for Dragon Age, maybe Redemption is an expansion other than DLC?

Not going to happen, as cool as it would be it's just not going to happen.

Bioware is saving that for ME3 I'm sure, go save/rescue Liara from Shadow broker/recruitment mission.( I'd bet five bucks on it)

If the hints of it in the data files are anything to go by, then it may.  But I agree it may come out close to ME 3, since they mentioned some DLC will bridge the two games as the release date for the finale comes closer.
