You're probably right. But you don't have to be such a jerk about it.Maviarab wrote...
At best imo....she will 'appear' in 'a' DLC...but it wont be 'her' dlc....

I think they may have some DLC relating to her and the shadow broker. Of course that's just pure speculation.

This is all I've ever expected. It's just easier to call it 'Liara DLC' b/c we have nothing better to call it, atm (if it even exists or will exist).
Plus, the files say 'LiaraDLC' so we just stuck with calling it that.

Please tell me your intelligent enough to see this?
Oh yes. I was rather sceptic too, and I'm still far from being absolutely convinced, but there has been some dev comments that imply a Redemption-based DLC. We shall see. But as I said, I don't believe in Liara becoming a squadmate or anything, just possibly a mission giver in a DLC.

What would be the point in having a "redemption" expansion and not having Liara be the prominent figure in it? I'd hope BW has the foresight to plan it to be based with Liara and Shep doing the missions and figuring out whatever it is they have planned for them to figure out. Why would anyone from the current squad care enough about the whole thing to bother getting off the ship? In fact I hope they don't.

I'm sure BioWare's got something planned, we'll just have to sit back and hope it's not another Bring Down the Sky-style DLC...
I think Bring Down the Sky wasn't that bad (compared to pinnacle station)

Ugh. You're right, that was worse. They were both so short, that was my main problem. I like story with my games and DLC, not tacked on missions. >.>Barquiel wrote...

Prominent yes as in having a lot more dialogue and central place in the DLC's plot, but I still don't see her as a squadmate even in it.
I also don't believe that the Shadow Broker will be caught just in this DLC. It's optional, after all, and there has to be something left for ME3 in this subplot. I suspect that you just nab some lieutnant of his, even if your goal is to catch him in person.

That would mean there would be no Asari biotic on the squad in ME 3, as Samara says she is leaving after the Collectors are gone. Maybe Shiala? Or even better, the Asari Matriarch Bartender who suits up one last time, lol.
Oh man, that would be so awesome. XD She would have the best dialogue ever... There would have to be some line about quads in there somewhere.

lol, why do you try to kill one of the most important characters in ME 2? Yvonne Strahovski herself? Chuck would be very disappointed, mate.

Initially, she just rubbed me the wrong way. So on my first play-through I was determined to kill her (I failed and reloaded a few times, killing everybody BUT her -.-). But admittedly she did kinda grow on me after the second time through. Now she's tolerable.screwoffreg wrote...

1) Relase the DLC in a reasonable amount of time following the completion of your comic. I understand this little business venture into Dark Horse media. We've bought your work. Pat yourselves on the back, you've made a quick buck off the affections of Liara fans.
2) Make it more than just a "Hack these terminals, shoot these mercenaries in this warehouse," number. A little more depth, please.
3) Have bloody brilliant dialogue with Liara. I know you can't make her a party member until ME3 (Which you will!), but at the very least give me an expansive dialogue tree to explore with. I'm dying to talk to her... well, at all!
4) Finally, and most importantly, in a if-you're-going-to-blow-me-off-otherwise kind of way, acknowledge their relationship if she was your LI! We want a little something more for having romanced her! More than just that awkward kiss (I know you were trying to portray her guilt over giving him up to Cerberus). Can we actually just, I don't know, talk to her about the relationship like mature adults? Discuss it at length? If she can give us this Shadow Broker mission, I think she should be able to at least TALK to us, openly, for ONCE.
That's it. I have faith in you as writers. And I understand your desire to savage the content's of my wallet, but I'll pay for your efforts. We all will. Just give us what we want!
