I have unlocked a number of new outfits during the game but I don't see them and I can't find where to get them......anyone have this problem?

Go to the armor customization console in your cabin on the Normandy.

I think she means for the teammates. I had this problem as well and didnt find it till the game was over. You can change there look on the screen where you pick your team, look near the bottom for the button.

Yeah, getting a squad members loyalty opens up a new outfit. Just press Y when hovering over them and it will change outfits. It's sort of cool because most of the alternate outfits are darker and look a lot more renegade-ish.
