I think it would be better for everyone if Tali's face was never revealed. It would probably never live up to the conjurations of the mind, and as such would no doubt enrage and disgruntle a large portion of the Tali fanbase.

I hear a lot of arguments about not showing Tali's face. They generally end up being something like, "We shouldn't see her face because it won't measure up to what the gamers already imagine her looking like."
That argument is used frequently but it really doesn't make sense. After all, I bet everyone had their own expectations for ME2. I know I did. I imagined what the story would be, who would be in it, what conflicts I'd find myself in, but in the end it went in a direction that I hadn't considered. The game wasn't what I imagined it to be and in many ways wasn't what I wanted it to be. Yet, it was still amazing and I still love the ME universe as much as I did when I started playing. Some people won't be happy with it, but revealing Tali's face will not ruin the game for anyone, but the most crazy/obsessed players. Tali is not OUR character, so her looks aren't ours to decide. Her face is like ME3 we all have our ideas and for some, fantasies, about what is in store. I know the concept artists will do well with her and when she is revealed, she will look great for most acceptable for the rest.

Things like this are best left to the imagination. If the devs actually put a face to her, it could be something you weren't expecting and maker you look at her different. Once a character is developed with a helmet always on, it's best to keep it like that (e.g. Master Chief from Halo).

I would think.......QUarrians would be human like though perhaps a touch more reptillian like SNakes or salamanders with luminious eyes since they are similiar in a way to turrians genetically that is

Tali isn't an "ambiguous everyman" character like Master Chief, she has a strong, distinct personality, so I think showing her face would actually be a great idea. It has to be at a pretty pivotal moment though.

Tali's face will be revealed in ME3. I'm quite sure that they have a very specific time/place/occasion thought out, which is why they shot the romance scene the way they did. Don't worry. You'll get your wish.

Sorry Subject 01 But I'm going to have to close this, there's not any real discussion going on, it's more or less publicity for your group. Also there is the colossal Tali Love thread in the Spoiler Forum that I'm sure would be more than happy to join your group
