Is the slowdown based on system performance or a value I can toggle in an .ini?
I'm looking to use this weapon more but the dramatic slowdown isn't necessary when there is no desire for the (dramatic) effect.

Got a gaming PC and it does it too so i would say no its not based on system performance

tried to mod it with 50000 ammo, which worked, but the enemies somehow got invincible.. thinking I did it wrong..
