I have pre ordered game and it said "refesh your wallet" but I haven´t found any DLC in menu there is nothing!

If you have digital deluxe:
Dont give up: i am in the same shoes. You will see the DLC-s later, recommending buying them once again.
Then later you get an email with codes for DLC, but still impossible to login to the EA servers. This is my situation at the moment. Nice company, wonderful organisation..
