The only suggestion I could think of would be to delete the DLC and then re-download it from the PSN Store. Hopefully that will work.

More details would be helpful. There are options I can think of but they may be extreme if it is a simple element thats missing from it being marked. Where are you in this quest/what have you already done? Need more than "I finished it". Example: Got control rod, went to Honnleath, explored Wilhelm's cellar, dealt with Kitty...

have you been in shayle's thaig? If not, it's normal that you don't have the trophy for the completion.
Anyway, there is a trophy for obtaining shale in honleath, too.

I am assuming you have spoken to Shale as well heading back to camp, considering what you have already done. So it seems there is a glitch of some sort happening here. Which leaves only the drastic measure as far as I can give as advice.
As I mentioned this is drastic, as it will erase all your in-game stored acheivements (including any specializations you have unlocked), so it is a last resort. However, it will not adversely effect your on-line trophies, nor your characters, their current assigned specializations, and their game saves (beyond what I already mentioned).
Exit the game and go to your PS3's save data. Go into the Dragon Age file folder and delete your Option's Save file for this game. Deleting your options file should re-open your ability to aquire this trophy and all the specializations, if they have somehow corrupted to the point of not being able to acheive them otherwise.
I wish I had an easier and less painful suggestion for fixing this, but alas it doesn't seem so. I have done this myself to correct an issue or else I wouldn't suggest it. Re-aquiring the specializations is a bit of a chore, especially if you don't have saves close to the points where you unlocked them. Good news is those that can be purchased will show up in the appropriate shops.
