 It seems like there is room for one more character on the character select screen next to Jack and also a extra room on the Normandy you can't enter the one next to Thane's and opposite to Samara's room any ideas? maybe i will be a character from Mass effect 1 or someone new ?

There's been a lot of rumours about a DLC character called Kasumi. Looks a bit like a ninja in the few pics that I've seen; no idea if the rumours or pics are accurate.

The only problem with this, is that I know the game just came out a week or two ago, but people have already beaten it. Since Zaeed was free day one material, people could start the game with him. However, now that there are people who have beaten the game, not all of them want to start over. And how would you incorporate a new character in for those who don't want to start over, but download anyways.



"Hey, we just went on a suicide mission... Want to join my crew as we do nothing while we wait for the sequel comes out?"

"YES!"



Now, I understand DLC is completly optional, and that it would be cool for another character, but it just doesn't make alot of sense, personally, to put it out there so late in the game. I find it would be much more effective to focus on bonus content and missions rather than a new character.
