Where i find a enchanter and how i use the runes?

Have you met the dwarven merchant Bodahn yet? He will be in your party camp after Lothering, and his son Sandal is an enchanter. You enchant stuff by talking to Sandal and asking him to do it. Which he does happily and for the bargain price of free!



However, contrary to what Bodahn says, no armor and not all weapons can be enchanted this way. Only special weapons with rune slots.
