Where do i find one of those damn rings, her soldiers never show up and im stuck. Ive already found this "suspious door" but i need a damn ring to get in.....

Go to this house in the Northeastern most part of Dust Town. You'll get ambushed inside, and I think you can carry on from there.

Perhaps if you were to poke around in someones house, you might run into some thugs:)
Ran into this same problem too. The quest info makes it sound as though you are supposed to find some thugs outside in the town going in and out of the door. I kept trying to hide and make them spawn. OOPS:)

You meet him when you set out into the deeproads to find the Paragon, its that last major really long quest in Orzammar.
