Is there any info hinting at a new patch for DA before The Awakening? I'm currently pondering if I should start my to-be-imported character now or wait if a patch is in the works.

I don't know. I really hope there is though. Some patch to help the multi-processor\\core functions run smoother. Who knows, maybe it will be included in the expansion ... Be a good marketing tactic anyhow ...
