Please can someone help me?
It's a nightmare trying to navigate
the website and I've got some serious issues with my ME2 installation,
mainly involving Shepard getting stuck in scenery or walking on thin
air -- I do have the latest graphic drivers installed for the Radeon 4890, 6GB memory and a dual core PC, so no issues with minimum spec.
I am having some real collision detection issues which are leading to Shepard walking on thin air, etc. This has become even more apparent when investigating the MSV
Estevanico wreckage (planet Zanethu, Ploitari, Hourglass Nebula) --
once the loose tiles fall (which seems to happen automatically) there
doesn't appear to be any way to navigate through the wreckage to get to
the resource boxes or complete the rest of the mission. Is there some sort of Jump ability or Jetpack that you acquire later in the game to navigate this?
I
keep getting Shepard stuck in mid-air, or on an outcrop of metal all
too easily, and then it's game over -- there's no obvious way to return
to the Nortmandy or end the mission so it's a bit of a game breaker.
Anyone else with similar problems?
Collision Detection errors with MSV Estevanico wreckage. Game broken?

I lost my mind on this little error too. I was (honestly) nervous during this mission and was just storming down the beams when I got caught in midair. Tried inching around where I could, and even missile blasting the surface beneath Shep to try and dislodge her from the air; that worked only to push Shep down to an otherwise no-go area below hehe.
Had to just reload the mission and bravely walk slow through the whole damned level.
This is on PC EA d2d version for me.
I see from other forum posts that this is happening for xbox360 users too.

I am consolidating my report here:
"When you go to planet Zanethu (Ploitari system, Hourglass Nebula), it reveals the crash site of the freighter MSV Estevanico. The ship periodically shudders and falls apart, and when you climb up or down any of the fallen support beams, you have a very high chance of getting stuck in geo and unable to move. The only way to get out of it is to reload a previous save.
The bug in detail: When going up or down any of the angled surfaces (not any flat platforms) and you encounter the triggered shuddering of the ship, the movement of the ship can displace your character a few inches above the beam and leaving you standing in the air. You can sometimes move about on that particular plane, but not far and every time I test it, I am unable to get free and back to the walkable terrain. Only by reloading a save can I make my character free from being stuck in geo. Any feedback?"
Can we get a developer's feedback on this issue?
