Hi every1

I named my Mabari after the alsation-rottweiler that died when I was 8 It's fitting, because my family had 2 dogs of the same cross-breed at the time, one with a pitch black coat and the other Gold as sunshine and strangely it occured to me as the Mabari looks like this, I have given her the name of Asta (the black coat). Pepsi died a year or two before Asta. What a great way to remember them both

I name Dog a different thing for each character I play.

My one HNF named her dog Koris, and my mage PC named her dog Thane.

I haven't decided on names for my other characters' dogs.

My brother once owned a boxer named Cassius.  Who valiantly challenged a semi, once. And won, unscathed. It seemed fitting.

On my second play through, the dog is named Arasta. I have no idea why.

Dreadnaught selected with my current Dwarven Rogue. But most monikers have been more to the point, such as:

Mauler

Shredder

Mace

Larder - Human Noble origin

etc.



I also select gaining Dog every time; not passed on getting him in any playthrough yet.

1st was Chewie after my Shih Poo who looks like a wookie.

2nd was Wicky which is my Girlfriend's Shih Tzu, which made sense as I designed the PC to look like her so she might as well have her dog in the game with her.
