cant give specific help then.
basically you need to bring up the "power wheel" and select Jacob's "pull" icon while you have your targeting reticule over one of the mechs

I would help if I was sure he had a legit copy of ME2. By instructing to rtfm I was assuring myself I was doing the right thing.
Again, I don't see a "registered" game in his account.

Not everyone registers their games, Kosmo. My roommate got ME2 and he hasn't bothered to register his game as far as I know.

I had my game for a few days before I registered it, and I never registered my copy of ME 1. You are making assumptions and using them as an excuse to be rude. I'm just giving the guy the benefit of the doubt. Whatever.
