I can understand the frustration with the "no toggle", and hopefully they fix that. It doesn't bother me, but It would be nice to mix, match, and paint the current armor. Of course, I got my Shepherd pretty close to myself in appearance... so maybe it's better if I keep the helmet on. It also does a good job of hiding my "jerk scars".
Funny thing, people in the stores around here act differently when you show up to buy something in a homemade Recon Hood. The banks are even worse.

There's a new party member coming out? Geez kind of makes me wish I had just played through the mountain of games currently in my backlog and came back and played mass effect 2 six months or so down the line.RX_Sean_XI wrote...
sounds good, when will you guys shed some light on the Kasumi DLC, everyone already knows that she will be on the Citadel and will be recruitable

The polar reaction is pretty funny here - uber excited for a cool free gun, completely disappointed in the armor. BW, please take this in the spirit it's meant - we REALLY want to wear these cool armors. I'd probably even drop cash for some (shhh - don't tell.) However, if we can't take the helmets off, well, you might as well stop making them now. That sounds harsher than I mean it to, but I really don't want poor DLC sales to lead to, well, a repeat of ME1's DLC. I would love nothing more than constant DLC support - free awesome weapons is definitely what we'd like to see!
yea i agree. the bonus armors are great addition.. but with no customization to them just makes them seem pointless, not even the colors? The N7 armor is the **** because of the different pieces.

This. I'd love to pay (hah) for more items to customize Shepard with (along with more impressive bonuses), as well as more alternate appearances for squadmates... (Miranda without high heels and more combat-ready, Jacob more armored, Jack...with ANY armor, Garrus without a freakin damaged armor, Thane and Samara with actual armor....)
But if this is what you have in store for us in the matter of pay-for-DLC, HA!, no friggin way...
EDIT: Also, Legion in pink. It just sounds cute.

Speaking of helmets. Anyone seen the Art of the Game video where the artist had designed around 200 different helmets?
Why are their only 2 in the game? Excluding the visor, and Dr. Pepper promos.....

BW must be Tali empathisers. They must think it's to dangerous to take off our helmets.

completely agree... I would rather pay for content I liked than get free content I never use
I won't use any of the armor if I end up with 100 sets of it if you have to keep the helmet on all the time
I wonder how many more sets of armor are already made, though? They probably have a release schedule that nobody is willing to change.
Hopefully this is the last of the useless armor
