Still prefer the N7 armour with it's customisability. I do like the new armour but I shall echo what many people have now said, I would like to see the option to remove the helmet when the environment allows it.



I'll still download it, it is free after all, and I'm sure I'll get some use out of it at some point.

I just started my second playthrough as a Vanguard and that shotgun would be nice.

Well the helmet does look transparent, which is at least a compromise. So we can hopefully still see the face during conversations, the only downside then are the stats and the lack of colour customisation. And the former can easily be modded.

New Content is available on my XBox account. And its 10:45 East Coast Time. Looks like we got it posted earlier than expected. Sweet. Now I have new stuff to play with while I get another 20 inches of snow.

Ingame menu says that I can download it now, but i can't find it anywhere..

Same here, in-game menu says it's available for download, but where the we could do so. And i'm steam user btw, so i don't know if we steam users get it later

Well If you mean that it says 'new content available' then that means nothing, it's been saying that since release for many users.

The Steam version of ME2 uses the Cerberus Network just like every other version, we all get the stuff at the same time.

For 360 (what im using, dont know how the PC version works)

To equip the armor you have to download the new content >exit the game>start game again.
When you start the game or load a saved game you will have a new message on your console regarding the armor. Get it in the captains quarters.

The armor is like the others, no customization and you cannot toggle the Helmet on/off.

It's on XBL's Cerberus Network. I believe they (PC and 360 Cerberus Network) are the same, but others are saying it's not available to download.

xbox users that are getting the scrolling message about the shotty and armor but its not listed in avalible downloads, restart your xbox and it should then be listed.

Downloading now for me.
